VVA BROWNIE RECIPE
Ghiradelli Extra Rich and Chewy Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
No need to add extra chocolate chips this mix is chocolate at its best.
To make 1 (one) 13 x 9 inch pan of brownies:
2 pouches of brownie mix
2/3 cup of water
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
4 or 5 eggs depending on size of egg
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Prepare pan by lightly spraying with a non-stick cooking spray or by greasing the bottom of the pan.
Blend water, oil and eggs in mixing bowl. Add mix and stir until moistened about 40 to 45 strokes or until blended. Mixture may be lumpy. DO NOT USE ELECTRIC MIXER.
Spoon batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted halfway between side and center pf pan comes out clean or almost clean. Do Not Overbake. Freshly baked brownies appear under baked but cool to doneness. Cool completely in pan before cutting.
Cut into 3x3 inch brownies, makes 12 per pan. Put into zip lock baggie.
Brownies with nuts: pour half of brownie mix into pan, sprinkle with nuts and pour in the remaining brownie batter.
